Pending Payment

Hi have a pending paymant on my account because the delivery status is stuck on undelivered. The item was delivered over a week ago and I have proof of delivery on the Parcelforce website and also the buyer has confirmed recieving the item. The byer has even contacted eBay stating that he has received the item but eBay have told hiom that I the seller need to contact them. I can find no way of contacting them and have tried putting things in the chat assistant and all I get is links to info about payments etc.

How am I going to be able to get paid out for this item? Its a joke

Use the link to contact Ebay Customer Services.

I assume you added the tracking on Ebay so ask if they can check the tracking confirming delivery.

As long as the delivery was more than 48 hours ago, they should release your payment.
