Payouts on hold

Can anyone please explain to me  why my payouts are on hold and I’ve been asked to provide proof of delivery for all my orders. I always use an eBay generated postage label; so the tracking information is automatically updated by the system, which means that when the item is delivered, it will be updated and shown on the tracking information page. I’m not able to provide anything else as an eBay seller. all my sold orders already have a valid tracking number which shows valid tracking information as it goes through the postage process. I don’t understand why eBay regularly puts my payouts on hold

You may find that the next thing they ask for is supplier invoices, that's often how it pans out. You're trading on a private account, selling in categories that are a magnet for counterfeits, and have three recent feedbacks calling out fakes so these things are likely to have been automatically flagged by ebay's systems and together caused an account review to be triggered. Sorry not to be more positive but in this situation it usually doesn't end well.

accounts?
