Payout settings disappeared

I'm trying to find my payout settings to change the schedule the help page says this but I can't find Payout Setting on the web or in the app. Any ideas?

1. Go to the Payments tab in Seller Hub.
2. Select Payout Settings.

Do not know what you are doing, but clicking on PAYMENTS, gives a drop down menu including PAYOUT, then you have to log in, and the settings relate to your bank account.

I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but are you trying to change your payment details, for example changing a bank account / card detail?

Then do this with the link below, but use a PC / laptop and not the app and try Chrome to do this.

It sounds as if you are unaware that Ebay have changed the way they pay private sellers.

They no longer pay out daily, weekly, etc. Instead, you have to request a payment and actually withdraw the money from your Ebay balance to your bank account.

Start here Payments

If you have available funds, click the arrow top right of the box.

Then enter the amount you want to withdraw and click 'withdraw'.
