I have sold something that is collection only, can the buyer paid me cash on collection or do they pay through eBay?

Buyer has to pay via ebay.

Only then can you give out contact info.

Make sure buyer gives you collection code when they take item away.

Unless it's a vehicle then no,  cash on collection is not allowed.  The buyer can see several option to pay after purchase at eBay checkout.
