Vintage pen knives listing removed

Hi

I listed some vintage pocket cutlery, tiny pen knives in original box about 60 years old and eBay has removed my listing as they say I will need an age verification for posting. But the blades are tiny the longest about an inch and do not lock! So perfectly legal, shall I try again with better description?

Ebay do not allow you to list pen knives.

The rules are in their knives policy - see the link - but essentially you can only sell eating knives as part of a cutlery set.

Trying again could get you suspended.

The rules are clear, ebay never sees what you sell, and they cannot make all sorts of exceptions, it is the law, not invented by ebay.
