Payment, when will I get my money into my bank I am getting all sorts of problems .

I am having problems getting my money from a sale and ebay have put it on hold for 7 days now.  Keeps saying it is pending, I have posted tracking number etc buyer has left me positive feedback but still no sign of my money, help needed.

Under the new Buyer Protection rules it's the tracking which is important.  Once that shows delivery your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.

Unless,  you have any previous holds, that is,  being a new or returning seller,  this can result in holds of around 21 days.

I sent tracking number and the item was delivered on the 18th February, and they still say it is pending.

Looks like you have returned after a bit of a break from selling so your payout could be under a longer hold,  up to 21 days.

However,  it is worth contacting Customer Services show the tracking for the item has proved delivery ask if they could kindly release the payout for you.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks for you advice, just spoke to customer service and hopefully funds "might " be released later today.
