Prohibition of Live Animal Listings on eBay

Received an email the other day saying that the sale of live items was now prohibited which then went on to list the said animals:

  • Bees, crickets, and ladybugs
  • Domestic aquatic snails
  • Fertilized eggs
  • Live bait such as minnows, shiners, earthworms, and mealworms
  • Lobsters
  • Mice sold specifically as food for pets
  • Tadpoles
  • Tropical fish

My question is the email suggests all animals are banned but then there is a specific list which obviously isn't all aninmals. As someone who breeds and sells shrimp on ebay will I now be phrobited from doing so?

Prohibition of Live Animal Listings on eBay

Looks like eBay have just updated the policy page to exclude all live animals.
