Payment pending

I posted an item (confirmed in tracking) Item not shown as being delivered. This was 2 weeks ago. Buyer has not flagged up a problem. Cant find any help at eBay. Online help absolutely useless. I'm an occasional seller with 100% record. Won't be using eBay to sell if I can't resolve this. Any ideas?

There is a problem with tracking not updating on ebay at the moment.    You can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
The money will be released anyway after 14 days.

If you can provide ebay with tracking details showing delivered on the postal service website that you posted with,ebay can release the payment for you eBay Customer Service

The ebay site updated tracking is currently having issues, and ebay are aware,which is adding to delayed payments
