I recently was trying to sell a van with a buy it now price, unfortunately for myself the individual pressed the buy it now but had no intention of purchasing it, I had to relist it and it cost me again, just wondering should I be able to claim the relisting fees back as I had already paid before

But as far as I know you don't get the fee refunded,  unless they've changed it.

 Vehicle listing fees are charged for each listing/relisting whether sold or not and are non refundable ---Classified Ads. at total fee of £19. 99 will allow the exchange of contact details for viewing and price negotiation over a 30 day period ... set the Start price at or near the price that you would find acceptable --- Avoid inviting Offers which may never complete and just continue to Negotiate an acceptable selling price ... only remove the Ad. when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or Bank Transfer is safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Car keys/documents on buyer collection. No further FVF selling fee is charged.
