Payment pending

Hello all

I am selling a item, I sent out a offer then I received a counter offer which I accepted a couple of days ago, I have not received a payment, the odd thing to me is that the item I agreed on the counter is still in my selling items, the item that I agreed on the counter offer on the item is still saying pending awaiting payment, I have tried to contact the member who sent me the offer but I cannot find a way to send a message to ask about sending me the payment.

Your buyer hasn't paid so the item remains for sale until they do,  or it lets anyone else buy and pay in the meantime.

eBay will send the buyer a reminder to pay after 48 hours.

If after 4 days there's still no payment you cancel the order citing buyer hasn't paid.

Block them too, from returning , add their ID here:

The buyer has 4 days to pay after they accept your offer.

There is not really any need to contact them.

Ebay have changed how offers work quite recently and now, even though you have accepted an offer, the item will remain for sale until the buyer actually pays.

This is in the seller's favour as you may get a higher price.

However, if buyers are slow to pay, they can lose out.
