There is a problem with tracking not updating on ebay at the moment. Check on the courier's website and if it's showing delivered you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid Otherwise the money will be released anyway after 14 days. Or if it's less than £10 if the buyer leaves feedback it will be released after 2 days.
