Payment on hold until delivery but parcel has been delivered

I have sent a parcel it was meant to be with Royal Mail 48 but I had to change to Parcelforce due to the size of the box so the consignment number doesn’t match up with the original one now even though it’s been delivered my payment is still on hold as the original number still hasn’t been delivered even though it has

Ebay can only go by the information they have on record.

You should have edited the tracking number so that it was available for ebay to see. You may still be able to do this or ask ebay to update it.
