Hi, Thank you very much for your reply but unfortunately I'm away and can't make or take calls. Can I chat online with a person as the issue I have does not come up anywhere.

The option for an online chat is not currently available.

As I said, you can ask your question in the forum.

Most problems are not unique and somebody will probably be able to help.

OK, thank you. That's helpful of ebay!

My issue. I hardly use my Ebay account and have not used it for the past 4 months to buy or sell. I've just received a statement saying I owe £2.76 under "other fees" why?

Principle not amount!

In'seller hub' choose 'payments from the menu across the top and then 'all transactions'.

All transactions

You will be able to see a summary of all payments and charges.

Then, if there is an error, you will need to contact Ebay but the only option is likely to be a callback.

Hi, Thank you for the help.
It seems that I have been charged for an insertion fee of £0.36 and a reserve listing fee of £2.40 on the 24th January 2024. Neither were me! This listing number they show goes nowhere!

Listing numbers will take you nowhere after 90 Days.

You will have a record in sold items that would cover back to January 2024, and the reserve fee would relate to an item listed at £60. Unfortunately unsold items disappear after  90 days.

Have you looked in PAYMENTS all transactions, as suggested as all details are shown there.

Hi,
I have just checked. Nothing listed. I have been away since November and not used Ebay.
What now?

Thanks again for your help.
