I have sold two items to two different buyers and I scanned their QR collection code and the ebay is holding the payment as pending and advising that there is another nearly three weeks for the payment to come through. Obviously, Ebay does not have a proper support to respond to this issue and to check my account so hopefully someone could let me know what could be the issue? I have messaged the buyers and they even sent message to ebay that they have collected and happy with the products!!

eBay often put payments to new sellers on hold for 30 days. It's a separate issue to the collection confirmation.

Thank you for the response but I am not a new seller and have been selling for over a year regularly.

Looks like you've gad a little break and returned to selling, eBay view even a short break then sudden activity on an account with red flags, as it could be showing signs that hackers are using it.
Initial payouts may be held a little longer, to ensure no item not received cases are made , this showing the genuine seller has returned to the account to sell.
It's a good security measure, both for your account and for your buyers.

You only have 6 feedback, and only 3 as a seller.
Until you have 10 feedback as a seller and your DSRs show your record for delivery, description etc., I think ebay will regard you as a new seller.

Thank you for your responses but it is still not making sense, prior to these last two sales, I had 3 successful sales literally a week before it and the funds were release instantly on collection. These two sales were collected by the clients and QR collection code was also scanned. Since, I have told them about the issue, they have even messaged ebay of not understanding why they have not released funds to me yet as they are extremely satisfied with their purchases. Something is not right here, does anybody know how to contact ebay besides their useless AI assistance which only gives me more useless articles to read and none is responding to the actual issue. Thank you all.

Your first few sales may have released payment instantly, but there have been some new rules recently for the release of payouts.
Your account must show good standing, and this takes time .
You will receive your payout within 24 hours if you have....

Thank you, my account has be fully active for the past year +. I have not had any issue with the buyers at all. I have definitely completed 10 sales in the past year and have maintained more than 2 cases in the past 12 months. I am afraid none of the above are explaining why Ebay is not releasing the funds. There is not even a message of any issue with my account. There is seriously something wrong, I have done many sales and have not experienced this before and fully aware of the new rules announced since August 2025. Does anyone know how to contact Ebay support and not their useless AI responses?

Contact CS , as they have full access to your account and can hopefully explain the hold, but I do recommend waiting until Monday morning at 8 a.m. when lines open for ' live agents' and that early, there's more chance of Dublin answering, only speak to them. It's a Call Back option so you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones of the Emerald Isles!
You can try at 9 a.m. tomorrow too, but as said, I recommend talking only to Dublin.
Do please come back and tell us what they said, as it may help us to help others in the same situation, thank you. 🤗
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
