Payment no accepted

I "won" some plants on e-bay, but when I tried to pay I kept getting the message that the payment (by CC) could not be processed. I tried with 3 different CCs on 6 different occasions but to no avail. I tried with debit cards, b again without success. I would have preferred to pay by PayPal, but that was not an option. I need these plants for my National Collection.

Have you contacted the seller about it?   If they're new they might not have added their bank details to their account to receive payments.
