This is so wrong on so many fronts. Ebay hold your money till the item is received, can you just imagine how much money now Ebay will make on vast sums held in their accounts ?. Ebay was starting to become a competitive source to Buy/Sell . . . Now they have just created another means of profitering, it was bad enough they took % fees from Postage costs, what was that to do with Ebay, but we all had to pay. Now Sellers items increase and Buyers spend more to buy, hardly a fair way to treat users on here . . . . Really disappointed in this new message, especially as they were just starting to improve . . . What a BIG backward step this is. and who benefits . . . . Could it be Ebay, just imagine how much of customers money they will be holding and getting interest on ?.
