The item was sent and physically delivered by Royal Mail 48 Tracked. I received feedback and a reply from the buyer (to my query) that the item was DELIVERED. Unfortunately the postman did not scan the package during delivery and it is marked as "ready for delivery". As a result eBay is freezing my money for this item. What should I do about this? Does anyone know the customer service number or email? UNFORTUNATELY it is very difficult to contact Customer Care.
