I have a similar problem to the messages below. I am in the UK, buyer is in South Africa, but when he attempts to pay, gets a message saying I do not post there. I am enrolled in the Global Shipping programme and have not blocked any countries. Ebay’s online chat function simply doesn’t understand my problem. Any suggestions as to how I resolve this? Thanks
