I have forgotten my Payments Policy wording and cannot complete my listing in sales.  How can I find this.

Not sure what you mean by ' payment policy wording' as you are registered as a Private seller, so payment options are selected by eBay,  that is,  various card payments,  PayPal, Google Pay etc,   but your actual payment details will be registered here:

It looks as though you have not sold  for some time, so your problem is nothing to do with payment policies which are determined by ebay not you.

Have you correctly registered to sell., and loaded a bank account, as sithout this you cannot be paid.
