Hi if I pay cash on collection who pays the buyer protection fee ?

cash on collection is not allowed except for vehicles.

Nope,  cash is no longer allowed for collection items,  but vehicles are to be paid only with cash / bank transfer.

Once a collection item is purchased,  you need to proceed to eBay checkout and pay there via various card payments,  PayPal, Google pay etc.  all methods , not cash,  showing on the seller's listing.

Cash on collection is no longer allowed except for vehicles. Seller  cannot mark as paid so could give you an unpaid strike for not paying.

If you pay the sale price the fee is included in that, at least if a private seller.
