Has ebay banned ebayers from using paypal on this site?  If not, how do I put paypal on as a payment means? thanks

Buyers can use it but sellers can't choose to receive it.   All payments go to eBay first.

I went to my Account page which has my bank details on but couldn't see anywhere to add paypal, only further bank accounts. I used to have paypal on it but removed it a short time ago. I wanted to put it back on for me to use to buy items but doesn't seem to be the choice.

You can add paypal by clicking on your Account tab in your my ebay then on the payment option to select pay pal.You will be asked to sign in.

THANK YOU finally did it. I now have paypal for buying things.
