Is it another account as you have successfully logged in to us here, and clicking on your feedback score above will bring you to your eBay account.
When logging in, there is a tab to click on ' Forgotten your password' click on that, go through some security questions, and you'll be sent a new password, which you can change if you wish, in your Site Preferences.
Perhaps use a laptop /PC and Chrome and not the app or mobile browser for the above.
