Part refund

I have been asked by a buyer to give a refund because he said the item was damaged and not the same as advertised, he has since returned the items( Xbox games ) and none of them are damaged and  the discs are as in the photo on the listing, how do I give him a part refund as I don’t think I should pay the postage and not get it back as he is telling lies

Assuming that your buyer used eBay's money back guarantee, the reality is that eBay almost invariably takes the buyer's word against tht seller's.

There is no way you can offer a partial refund now that the item has been returned. Just refund on return and be thankful that you got it back in the condition supplied. Buyers often invent faults to get a free return - sometimes even after using and damaging items.
