Parcel damaged by haulier

I've sent parcel by yodel. Courier left parcel outside, when was raining. Box was wet and damaged, item inside was electrical product and it was damaged as well and wet because of that. 

What I suppose to do now?

Buyer wants his money back. And looks like I, as a seller will be without money and item.

Buyer opens not as described case, you issue returns label and refund in full on return. 

You then claim from Yodel or packlink if bought through ebay.

There is limited compensation with packlink, but you still need to refund buyer in full.
