The collection code may be with your order details, so in your Purchase History right of the item from More Actions it may be there, or in an eBay message / email?
If not, then contact eBay Customer Services, and do so asap, they will provide this essential code for you.
As a rule, collection points will only keep items for 7 days after the buyer has been notified it's in store, but you may be lucky and they're keeping it for you.
