Pair of trainers

I want to make an offer on a pair of trainers but can't as every time I do try it keeps coming up there's a technical problem.

Maybe the offer is too low?  

Sellers can set a ' lowest offer' price they will accept, and all others are immediately cancelled.

Unless there's a temp technical issue in which case I suggest sending the seller a message explaining you are sending an offer through their Best Offer option for £** and it is being rejected, ask if  this is correct ?
