Why my account is restrictions and payment holds

you are not speaking to eBay as we are just members like yourself.

 

However, an educated guess would be you extremely bad feedback profile would have something to do with it.

You have disappointed buyers by not sending out paid for items.  Is there a reason for this?

 

Those negatives look like they brought with them defects and a 66.7% feedback rating is well below the standard,  eBay expects for selling.

 

You need to ensure the items you have for sale are in stock otherwise remove them from sale until they are available to sell.

 

Showing items are being delivered promptly with tracking showing that delivery,  holds may cease then payouts will be available for you to withdraw 2 days after that tracked delivery date showing delivery.
