Hi all, after years of Royal Mail use I’m now forced to use Evri. I posted an item weighing less than 200 grams and they want to charge me extra saying it was 4.3 kilograms. Absolute none sense but because I trusted them I didn’t take photos of the item on the scales, I cannot prove it. Even my buyer has sent a message supporting me but Paclink don’t believe me. The buyer even sent images of the item on the scales and stating it came in a plastic bag.
It’s a small cost but my trust is now broken so after over a decade I’ll be closing my ebay account.
