Pacel returned to me (sender) incorrect details from buyer

Sent parcel but just checked tracking and it's being sent back to me stating correct address couldn't be identified. Messaged buyer but no reply yet. What do I do ?

You need to wait for the item to be returned to you,  then you c an cancel the order citing ' Problem With Buyer's Address'.

This fully refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected.

Personally if there is an issue with this buyer's address, I would block them from returning and causing the same issue.  You may not be so lucky next time to receive back this item.

Thanks,  they have replied now and still want it. Tempted to refund the cost of the item minus the postage and relist so they can buy again if that sounds fair? ( seen someone else suggest that) 

Checked the address on royal mail checker and they have it on record so no idea why they didn't deliver, just says they tried and couldn't correctly identify the address! Whether this is an issue with the label which I can check or an actual physical issue at the address I dont know.  Thanks for the advice 👍
