Can someone help me ?
I am a seller based in Jersey, CI, so UK for purposes of Ebay.
When I list my item I enter the domestic postage and packing rate, say, £2.00 but because I am prepared to sell outside the UK and have entered international postage rates when I view my list of items for sale the postage rate is given as the international rate e.g. £6.00 plus. And, this is what potential bidders see.
How do I rectify this so that other UK potential purchasers are shown the domestic postage rate rather than the international rate which must be putting off potential purchasers as this is too much ?
I was previously a member of EBay some years ago and this was quite simple but now it seems complicated.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Regards.
