Orders showing up as over due months after orders have been placed and dispatched

Hi Everyone,

We have started having an issue with orders on our eBay. Orders are coming through as over due, despite them being placed months ago and being dispatched on time. We even have positive feedback on the items ordered on some of the orders that are saying over due / not dispatched. 

has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know why this happens?

Yes, others have been experiencing this,  and a Community manager recently reported that eBay are aware of this technical issue,  and are working on it.
