Ordered and paid then purchace disappeared

I made an order on Ebay 21/07/2025 and paid for it. Received an email confirmation for Ebay showing my order number. When I click on tracking info I get an error. Went to check my my purchase and to my shock it's not even there. So I paid for an order and got email confirmation but can't view purchase. So I can't even ask for help because none of the options applies to me. No I didn't buy it from a guest account it was under my account. Help!

Are you sure you didn't buy as a guest, everything you have said points to a guest purchase.

If I were you I'd give it the weekend to see if it arrives and if you still don't receive it open a Not Received case through your confirmation email.
