I am well used to Ebay but now I can't seem to be able to leave feedback for my buyers.

One thing in their advice I would suggest ignoring is leaving feedback for buyer as soon as they pay.

When buyer turns into the buyer from hell, you cannot withdraw your fb saying what a brilliant buyer they are.

I never leave feedback until I they leave me feedback.

The feedback left for my last 2 sales was not written by me.

Comments are not identical, so doesn't look like automated feedback.

I will call ebay tomorrow. 

I definitely did not leave this feedback  and so I need to know how this happened.

@midas322 have a look here: Selling preferences and click on Edit next to Automate Feedback. You can then see if you have it set to leave some preset comments (if the box is ticked it may be leaving ebay's preset suggestions). You can then edit whether/when you automatically leave it and what comments to use.
