I have a newish credit card which is correctly registered. During a recent purchase I saw it went through on an old dead card no. I cancelled the order and the seller gave me a refund ok. But now I am stuck and cannot re-order the item or any other until ebay sort out what has gone wrong. I have tried umpteen ways of contacting ebay but they don't understand or reply. Please HELP.
