Listing not found

Hi

I have an active listing on eBay which has had 20+ views. When I search for it myself it does not come up and I cannot find it using multiple variations of search factors.

Any ideas please?

Is it the lovely red Polo VW car?

It's showing clearly for me, I'm on a laptop using Chrome.

If it's getting views, it's definitely being seen.

Which device and browser are you using,  there have been current issues with the app.

Thank you, I will check. I assume that this means others may also have issues finding the listing. Is there anything I can do about that?

I am using an iphone but also checked on my PC - not found on either

Nope nothing you can do,  are you using the app to search, issues are being reported there?

Items do appear at different times when using different devices , but it's definitely clearly listed for sale.

There are issues for the app, see here if this applies to you.

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

This is no a technical issue,  eBay confirm there's nothing to fix.
