Offers kept being rejected despite agreeing with the seller

I agreed a price with the seller but my offers kept being rejected due to the eBay protection fee eh I neither of us knew about until I can exhausted my 3 offers 

both of us what to complete the sale but now can’t

When buyers make an offer, it includes BPF, so seller gets less money.

If seller makes an offer, ebay add BPF. 

Ask seller to revise listing to agreed price, so you can buy.
