Hi,
Yesterday sales notifications and messages from buyers were arriving in my home mailbox. Today, they are not. I know this because
(i) the usual "Here's your security code" message did not appear when I logged in this morning (had to get it sent by text instead)
(ii) when I logged in I found that I'd sold something since yesterday, and no notification message had appeared.
I have checked protocols at my end and messages from other sites are arriving OK. Also have closed all programs etc, shut down system and restarted - this has not solved the problem.
I got a friend to "ask the seller a question" on one of my listings - that message is in my eBay Messages, but has not come through to my email inbox.
I have not made any changes to my eBay settings since yesterday, or at all.
Any suggestions? Is anyone else having this problem?
