Actually a private seller

When I signed up for a business account, it must have been decades ago. Back then, the terms and policies were different from today's. I never actually have a business. I'm just a private seller.

Having sold a couple of items recently, I realised that I have paid about 11% in fees, which reduced my profit margin just as much. It is my understanding that private sellers don't pay for that fee.

Ebay does not allow Business Account type to revert to Personal. If I close my [seller] Business Account, does that mean I am closing my Ebay account, and Business Account?

Or, does that mean that I can continue to buy and sell under my username?

Or, is my only option to create another private account?

I don't really want to lose all the feedback scores I've accumulated over 20+ years. At the same time, selling items and paying high ebay fees as a business seller when I don't actually have a business is not ideal either. What are my options?

Actually a private seller

If you close this business account everything goes.

You will have to start a new private account for selling though you could still use this one for buying
