Not receiving Nectar point after buying through the nectar app

I spent money through Nectar partner offers on the 5th Jan to buy from eBay and received a email from nectar saying the points will arrive in 5 days but they haven’t yet.

I have phoned them and they told me to contact eBay, which I am doing.

Can you help please.

As long as you bought ebay item by signing in through Nectar, you should get points.

This is a Nectar issue, not ebay's.

Complain to them.
