l sold an item to a fellow.He paid and it came to my transaction as “buyer paid”…l then arranged collection.The buyer sent a courier,he then txt me the collection code.When the courier collected the item l entered the code on my phone,EBay accepted the code with a green tick….. so far ,so good…. Except EBAY never put my money in my EBAY balance…. The amount was added to my summary….. but l have not been given my money…..this was Jan5…..l simply cannot get in touch with ebay no matter what l try

If you are a new or returning seller after having a break from selling , your initial payouts from sales can be held for 21 days.
Should your payout not appear in the Available section of your Payment Summary, say by mid next week then contact eBay Customer Services, confirm with them the collection code has been added when the buyer collected the item.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You are not longer 'given' your money you have to actively withdraw it.
