Non payment after product has been delivered

I have sold my phone on eBay. I can see through the tracking process that the item was delivered 4 days ago. I have not received payment, I have sent a message to the buyer but no response, what do I do

Assuming you only sent it when ebay told you the  buyer had paid and the order status changed to paid, you are probably subject to the new seller payment hold.

 

However if you gave the buyer your email address or phone number, you may well have been scammed.

I am not sure if this makes a difference but when I went to post the phone, the postage paid by the buyer did not cover the cost of postage so I had to pay for postage myself which generated a new tracking number

eBay will need to know the tracking number or it wont update and you will have to wait 14 days or possibly longer as a new seller.

You can contact them Here and ask for the new number to be added to your sale
