Non delivery, won the case but only got a partial refund

Waited and waited for delivery of my three items, non delivery so I asked Ebay to step in, I won the case in my favour, BUT the refund that confirmation sent to my email box is just the discount I received from ordering 2 of each of three items.  Total I paid £7.02, refund confirmation via email is only totalling to £4.68.  What do I do, this was all done 4th November, should I wait to see if the rest will be refunded?  It says the case is closed in my favour and I cannot appeal.

Do not know what to do.

It is difficult to understand what you have done, if you bought 3 items then you need to open a not received case for EACH ITEM.

Hi there, I did, three items two of each, I opened for each three items for non delivery, they found in my favour for non delivery and refunded but only discount.

Total - £11.70 for my whole order  -  Discount for ordering multi buy -£4.68 - I then paid £7.02.

The total refund information sent to my email box is for £4.68, I want £7.02.

Just not sure what to do as case closed.

Three cases, did you win all as your £7.02 would be made up of 3 x £2.34. 

Think it is coincidence that the £4.68 is same as discount, I think you have only been refunded for two sales, have all three cases closed?

Hi there, yes I opened a request for all three purchases and all three have closed with NO appeal, three emails for each item.  Just so confusing and I cannot contact ebay to dispute it, I have messaged the seller again to check it out.
