Non-delivery by Royal Mail

On 23.8.24 Royal Mail claimed to have made a delivery to my home WHICH THEY HAD NOT. Seller preferred to believe RM so no replacement or refund. From then I arranged for parcels to be delivered to nearby convenience store. Several EVRI parcels arrived this way. On 10.10.24 I was told Royal Mail parcel delivered there. The store has no record of this. This time seller prefers to believe RM rather than convenience store staff or myself, so once again I have been defrauded. RM message claiming delivery has no photo nor barcode. Ebay has decided also to believe RM. I have no alternative but to cease ordering from Ebay sellers and use Amazon who have always delivered. Pity!

Re: Non-delivery by Royal Mail

If tracking shows as delivered, it is ebay who rely on that , it is not up to the seller.

If Royal Mail you take it up with RM, it is their local delivery office and up to them to investigate. If a Courier then more of a problem, as they will normally only deal with seller who has  no need to do anything.

You do not understand that Amazon is not like Ebay, Amazon sells and delivers, Ebay provide a means for any registered member to sell and arrange delivery themselves. Far too many use couriers who have terrible delivery records.
