I am based in the UK and sold a large item to someone in Germany (approx 20Kg) I have enlisted ebay's global shipping programme and Germany is a country listed on it, but the buyer advises me he cannot select a delivery option and therefore cannot pay. It wont let me distribute an invoice to him as Ebay is controlling the shipping.
Any ideas, as I cant seem to do anything from my side
