It is up to buyer to open a not as described case and you provide return tracked label, and on return refund in full.
If buyer is correct and content is incorrect, I would have thought a partial refund would be the simple solution.

Are they sure they have the correct seller? They have have bought 2 items within a short space of time, mixed up the sellers? Can happen.
Ask them if they can take a photo of the contents shown on the back of the bottle, and send to you. This will show who has made the mistake here, as your bottle was sold new, and in sealed packaging.

Look back at your listing for the sold item, on the left of the packaging it states 75ml, I think you made a genuine mistake as on the right it states 2.5 floz looks like you may have mis read that added a 1 to make 125?
Whatever happened, the buyer is right, they need to open a case for item not as described, and you have to fully refund within 3 days or pay for a fully tracked return postage label, and then have 48 hours to refund on receipt of your item.
Stick within those timelines and your seller performance will not be affected.
