I returned an item from the uk to Canada. I posted it on the 12th May. Delivery has only just been attempted a day before I could have claimed compensation on it being lost (25/6). The seller got the case closed on the 3rd June due to not receiving the item. I appealed, asking for more time for delivery, as return showed it as in transit. I received a message from eBay telling me how to do so and why they understood. My appeal has not been responded to and now I just get ‘case closed’ messages. So now the seller gets the item, the money and I lose the postage costs. Any advice would be gratefully received.
