No record of funds recieved, despite email to buyer saying 'paid'

The buyer says they have paid for item, however I have to record of any payment recieved. 

Also when I go to print the postage label it says 'looks like buyer has not paid yet"

Check in Payments

Even if the funds are not available, they will show in your total payments.

In your 'sold' items, the item will either be in 'paid send now' or 'waiting for payment'.

Don't post until you are sure the buyer has paid.
