No order details

 Hi.  I bought an item and paid via PayPal and the money went to eBay. But neither I nor the seller have any order details. I only have the PayPal transfer details. How can I get my money back if the seller doesn't have the order and won't send the item. Thanks for your help

Sounds as though you may have bought as a guest, in which case seller will not know your ID as a buyer. If this is the case you would have received an email confirmation from ebay.
