No delivery from a seller

I purchased a book for my son. It has not been delivered and it’s not in my order history but I have been charged. I have a screenshot of the order going through and an order number. The eBay automated service is not helpful as it can’t trace the order. Any suggestions on what I can do ?

You almost certainly bought as a guest.   The email ebay sent you when you paid will tell you what you do in the case of a problem.  But you only have 30 days from expected delivery to make a claim.

If it's not showing in your Purchase History then looks like you made the purchase as a ' Guest Purchase'.
