No communication received regarding collection paid for

I am buying a treadmill which is non working for parts for my treadmill which needs attention. Found exact model on eBay for parts put in a bid and won. Have been trying to via contact seller button to find out when we can collect it but just silence. Unsure if they are getting these messages no response at all. Really wanted this item so didn’t want to cancel. How long should I leave it it’s been a week now. They did have negative feedback previously but thought I should give them benefit of the doubt because they did reply to it. Never had this issue before.

Looks like they are not going to reply.  You can check in your eBay messages >> Sent to make sure they were sent.

Perhaps one last message then if no reply, and if you have paid,  you need to open a case for item not received to receive a refund.
